What is the delivery time for my order?

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our unique collections at such competitive prices. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

Due to the high demand for our products, your package may arrive slightly later than expected. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If the estimated delivery window has passed and you still have not received your order, please send an email to info@emiliagraceboutique.com. Our team will immediately investigate the status of your shipment.

I want to exchange or return my order. How do I do this?

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care team at info@emiliagraceboutique.com. Please include your full name, order number (e.g., #1001) found in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirmation instructions. Once confirmed, you can ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice.
